With every Sensible membership, you get access to pharmacy searches with Needle. If your hard-to-find medication isn't in stock at the pharmacy, Needle finds nearby pharmacies where you can pick it up. All you have to do is choose which pharmacy is the most convenient!

How It Works

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are clients required to use Needle pharmacy searches?

    The searches are completely optional. 

  • How much does it cost?

    Needle pharmacy searches initiated by Sensible are included with a Sensible membership. 

  • Who pays for the medication?

    Clients pay for medication with insurance or cash. 

  • What information is shared with Needle?

    Sensible shares the minimum necessary information to allow the search to happen. This includes the client's name, birthdate, address, telephone number, email address, and medication details. The client's name is not shared with the pharmacy during the search process. 

  • How does Needle keep my information safe?

    Sensible and Needle have a signed business associate agreement, which establishes procedures for data privacy and security. These agreements are standard in health care.
